Free to all BTV locations, the BTU podcast features thought leaders from across the globe who enrich lives in the time it takes to enjoy a break. Wellness, communication, relationships and execution are a sample of the episodes you will find on the BreaktimeU podcast.

In September of 2022, I joined the ownership group of Breakroom Choices. Prior to that, for over a decade, I was an ownership partner and President of Three Square Market and TurnKey Corrections.
I’ve installed self-pay markets across the globe, in thousands of businesses and residential complexes. I believe in the breakroom being the culture center of every business. We built BreaktimeTV based upon the vision Jon, Darren and I saw as the world was exiting the pandemic. We are excited about the impact it will have on our entire industry.
I lead our Phoenix breakroom operation and oversee the Breaktime TV business.
My wife of 30+ years and I have four amazing daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, one granddaughter and one grandson plus a herd of dogs. We love trips together in Northern AZ and convertible rides.
While I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in MN, we have resided in Gilbert, AZ since 2001.

Born and raised in Utah, I started my journey in the vending industry at only 17 years old. After being in the industry for several years, gaining knowledge in the industry and seeing where it could be improved, I decided to start a company called Healthy Choice Vending with my brother, Darren, and our father. Together, we designed and manufactured a fruit vending machine, which was non-existent at this point.
In my 33 years of being in the vending industry, I’ve been able to witness our company’s exponential growth, alongside the industry’s changes. And, like Patrick and Darren, we believe BreaktimeTV will benefit the entire industry far beyond what we ever thought.
When I’m not actively seeking ways to invigorate the vending industry, I love camping, fishing, and enjoying classic cars. I’ve been married for 25 years and have four children, who share my passion for the vending industry and continue to push the boundaries of Breakroom Choices.

As Jon’s brother, it’s been my privilege to continue growing Breakroom Choices from our humble beginnings back in 1994.
Long ago, my brother and I – along with our father – had a vision to manufacture a fruit vending machine, specifically for schools. Why weren’t there any healthy vending options? We successfully designed and manufactured the first fruit vending machine, which led to many other opportunities in the traditional vending world, as well as breakroom markets.
While I am not always on the front lines in our clients' breakrooms, I have seen first hand what BreaktimeTV is doing for our locations. The impact is astounding.
I’m married with three children and two daughters-in-law plus we welcomed our first grandchild this past summer. It’s been a joy to see the third generation of my family join this exciting and constantly evolving industry.
